"I’ve been with Mr. Robles for several years now. He has always been helpful and easily accessible. On this particular interaction, Karina assisted me with an issue with me not receiving my statements for a couple of months. She quickly figured out the problem and made the necessary adjustments. "The only reason they ever call is to make sure they get paid on time. They told me h billing and calling for their money they were providing excellent customer service. They said if I wanted to come talk to them I should get the day off from work because they don’t open late. Theat office never tried to help me or advise me on how they could help me. Only thing they want is for me to pay quickly so I quit State Farm after being their faithful customer fir more than 25 years"
